What do you do?
I am a Founder and CEO involved in developing, connecting, and exploring business opportunities across several areas, including property, tourism & travel, export-import, and other selected business ventures. My role is not limited to one particular industry. I focus on identifying opportunities, understanding their potential, connecting the right resources, and developing practical business directions around them.
What does “Business Architect” mean in your approach?
I use the term Business Architect to describe the way I approach opportunities. Rather than looking at a business idea, property, product, or market as an isolated asset, I look at how different elements can work together — including people, capital, resources, markets, capabilities, partnerships, and strategy. The objective is to create a business structure that is not only attractive as an idea, but also has a clearer path toward implementation and long-term value creation.
Are you a property agent or broker?
My approach is broader than traditional property brokerage. Some property opportunities may be available for acquisition, lease, investment, development, or partnership. However, my focus is on understanding the potential of the property and the business opportunities that may be developed around it. Where appropriate, I facilitate connections between property stakeholders, investors, developers, operators, and strategic partners.
Do you personally own all the properties listed on the website?
